Terms of Service

Bizlu is a marketplace that connects companies requesting services with companies providing them. By creating an account you confirm that you act on behalf of a legally registered business and that the information you provide is accurate. Project requests, proposals, and reviews must be truthful and relate to genuine business engagements. Bizlu is not a party to contracts formed between companies and does not process project payments; commercial terms are agreed directly between the two companies. We may suspend companies that violate these terms, misrepresent themselves, or abuse the platform. Suspension hides the company from the marketplace and cancels its open activity. Content you publish on Bizlu (company profiles, portfolios, project descriptions, reviews) remains yours; you grant Bizlu a license to display it on the platform. You must not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes third-party rights. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
